Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE-Autism Therapy Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to evaluate clients, design and implement ABA therapy plans, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams in Schaumburg, IL.

The role includes data collection, progress reports, parent meetings, supervision duties, and maintaining ethical caseloads. Competitive compensation with bonus, remote-friendly scheduling, full benefits, 401K, and generous PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in relevant field from an accredited university.
• National Certification by Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluation to determine programming, frequency and therapy plan.
• Maintain a comprehensive therapy plan for each client with goals and progress evaluation.
• Prepare reports for insurance requests and communicate with families.
• Arrange and lead parent meetings to maintain training and engagement.
• Maintain supervision requirements per client caseload.
