Job summary

Applied ABC in Silver Spring, MD seeks a Clinic BCBA to manage a caseload with supervision and treatment planning. You will provide supervision to ABA therapists, deliver behavioral skills training, and lead teams to implement evidence-based strategies for students with autism across ages and levels.

This role requires BCBA certification, MD LBA licensure, and a Master’s in ABA or related field, with relocation or travel possible to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required for the role.
• MD LBA licensure is required to practice in Maryland.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate with supervision experience.
• Experience using VB-MAPP, Vineland and ABLLS assessments.
• Ability to create and update behavior support plans.
• Experience with family training and social skills groups.
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active caseload with billable hours and supervision.
• Provide ABA supervision to therapists and BT/RBT staff.
• Lead 1:1 supervision using behavioral skills training.
• Administer assessments and data collection with accuracy.
• Develop and implement behavior support plans.
• Coordinate care in team meetings and report progress.
• Adapt policies and procedures as needed for clients.
