Adapt For Life seeks a BCBA or experienced behavior analyst to develop and oversee ABA therapy programs for children and families across multiple clinics. You will conduct assessments, design treatment plans, and train caregivers to implement interventions with fidelity.

The successful candidate will hold a Master’s in a relevant field, be eligible for BCBA certification, and manage a caseload while collaborating with clinics and an on-site Clinical Director.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education / special education, or a related field

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement assessments and treatment programs for children, families, and caregivers
• Coordinate case management activities
• Oversee a caseload of 8 clients or up to 300 weekly RBT hours, billing 29 hours per week
• Provide training to parents and caregivers to implement treatment programs
• Supervise clinical staff and provide training as needed
• Develop and implement behavioral assessments and treatment programs in school, home and community settings
• Conduct functional behavior assessments
• Provide consultative services to parents, teachers, and other professionals
• Coordinate home and school communication regarding treatment plans and meetings
• Maintain effective documentation and timely completion of paperwork and contacts
• Establish ethical relationships with clients and collaborate with funding sources and schools
