Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking exceptional BCBA professionals to join our team in Raleigh, NC. We offer full-time or part-time BCBA opportunities with sign-on and relocation bonuses. Competitive compensation up to $120,000 yearly, paid bi-weekly, depending on state.

We provide strong back-office support, mentorship, flexible schedules, and a collaborative, growth-focused environment to deliver high-quality ABA services to children across center, home, and school settings.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA Certificate.
• Experience working with Children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
• Vehicle required for travel between assignments, and valid driver’s license.
• Manageable caseloads and ability to work Monday to Friday with weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
• Design treatment plans of care
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans
• Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents understand assessment results and treatment recommendations
• Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries
• BCBA Certification
• Experience with ASD and other developmental disabilities
• Vehicle for travel between assignments and valid driver’s license
• Manageable caseloads
• Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
• BCBA (Required)
