Job summary

Soar Autism Center is hiring BCBA clinicians to deliver play-based, ESDM-aligned ABA therapy for young children in a collaborative, center-based setting. You will work with a dynamic interdisciplinary team and families to drive meaningful outcomes.

The role includes a structured onboarding, ongoing clinical leadership support, and opportunities for clinical growth into leadership or specialized roles. A hybrid schedule is available with some telehealth options.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree in ABA or related field and BCBA certification.
• Experience with ABA early intervention and ESDM is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team.
• Strong data-driven approach to progress tracking and plan adjustment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized naturalistic ABA for children 2–6 in a center-based setting.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, psychologists, and developmental pediatrics on assessments and treatment plans.
• Use ESDM-informed strategies with training provided.
• Conduct standardized assessments, track progress, and adjust plans based on data.
• Partner with families through guidance, communication, and practical support.
• Maintain a manageable caseload focused on depth of care.
