Soar Autism Center is seeking a BCBA-certified clinician to design and implement naturalistic ABA for 2–6 year-olds in a center-based setting. You will collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team on assessments, using ESDM-informed strategies and data-driven progress tracking.

We offer onboarding, ongoing training, and multiple paths for clinical growth, with a hybrid schedule including one telework day per week and potential for more depending on needs.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• ABA early intervention experience.
• Preferred background in Child Development or Early Childhood Education.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement individualized, naturalistic ABA for children ages 2–6 in a center-based setting.
• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary clinical team (SLP, OT, psychology, developmental pediatrics) on assessments and integrated treatment plans.
• Use ESDM-informed strategies; training provided.
• Conduct standardized assessments, track progress, and adjust plans based on data.
• Partner with families through clear guidance, compassionate communication, and practical support.
• Maintain a manageable caseload focused on depth of care, not volume.
