Realizing Children's Strengths is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Natick, MA center. The full-time role supports individuals with autism, developing skill acquisition programs and function-based behavior plans.

Expect collaboration with staff, teachers, and families in a structured day program. Candidates should hold BCBA certification and LABA licensure, with a Master’s degree preferred, and at least one year of BCBA experience.

Center Based BCBA position available

Full-time, Monday – Friday, BCBA position is available at RCS Learning Center (Natick, MA). This is a rare opportunity to be able to join our Learning Center as a BCBA.

Qualifications

• work with individuals with Autism
• develop skill acquisition programs
• create function-based behavior support plans
• complete both skills assessments and functional behavior assessments
• proficient in staff, teacher and parent trainings
• possesses excellent communication, organization and time management skills
• must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Applied Behavioral Analyst (LABA)
• ideally have at least one year of BCBA experience
