Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Texas State Behavior Analyst License (LBA) eligibility or active.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience supervising ABA programs for ASD and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments, FBA, and skill assessments to guide treatment.
• Design, develop, and oversee Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP/BIP) using ABA.
• Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and training to RBTs and staff.
• Train caregivers with strategies to promote generalization across environments.
• Collect, graph, and analyze progress data to inform treatment changes.
• Ensure thorough documentation of plans, progress notes, and supervision.
