Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is seeking a compassionate, data-driven BCBA to lead our center-based ABA services in Houston.

You will design and oversee treatment plans, mentor therapists, and partner with families and the interdisciplinary team to drive meaningful outcomes. You will supervise RBTs/BTs, monitor progress with data-based decisions, and ensure compliance with BACB ethics and state regulations.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Texas LBA eligibility preferred/required per state guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee center-based ABA programming with fidelity and clinical excellence.
• Supervise, train, and provide ongoing feedback to RBTs/BTs.
• Monitor progress using data-based decisions and adjust programs as needed.
• Provide caregiver training and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Maintain timely documentation meeting payer and ethical standards.
• Uphold BACB Ethics Code and state regulations.
