Job summary

Damar Services, is seeking a Caregiver Training Coordinator at Ameriplex, Avon, and Fall Creek clinics to train caregivers and families in ABA foundations. You will design curricula, conduct training sessions via telehealth and in-home visits, and ensure timely billing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• BCBA certification required.
• RBT Supervisor 8-hour Training.
• First Aid/CPR Trainer Certification.
• 2–4 years of training/education/mentoring experience preferred.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain Indiana driver’s license and maintain driving record as required by policy.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Designs, plans, and implements a caregiver training curriculum.
• Provides client/family specific caregiver training.
• Conducts group training sessions via telehealth and in person.
• Offers in-home caregiver training sessions.
• Notifies parties of scheduling changes.
• Keeps billing and documentation up to date and accurate.
• Builds trust and maintains positive relationships with clients and families.
• Prioritizes duties aligned with organizational goals and growth.
• Represents Damar professionally at all times.
• Applies Behavioral Skills Training principles.
• Collects data to track outcomes and program goals.
