Job summary

Damar Services, is seeking a Caregiver Training Coordinator to deliver direct caregiver training across our ABA programs. You will implement caregiver training for active client families and waitlist families, and use measurements to determine effectiveness.

You may travel between Damar ABA locations in Indiana. The role requires a Master’s degree, BCBA certification, and several training-related credentials.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• BCBA certification required.
• RBT Supervisor 8-hour supervision training.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in training, education, or mentoring.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Must have or be able to obtain CMT Trainer Certification.
• Must have or be able to obtain 1st Aid/CPR Trainer Certification.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record.
• Clear of felony convictions and background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Designs, plans, and implements a caregiver training curriculum for foundational ABA knowledge.
• Provides client/family specific caregiver training.
• Conducts group training sessions for caregivers via telehealth and in person.
• Offers in-home caregiver training sessions to improve family quality of life.
• Ensures timely billing notes and documentation.
