Job summary

Arizona Autism in Phoenix is seeking a BCBA to grow clinical skills in a patient-centered environment.

You’ll provide high-quality therapy, collaborate with a supportive team, and manage a modest caseload (no more than 8 clients).

The center offers a base salary up to $100,000, PTO with federal holidays, health/dental/vision, 401k with match, referral bonuses, and free CEUs.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or actively pursuing with supervision
• Arizona licensure or ability to obtain licensure
