Job summary

AFRICAN CAREGIVERS LLC is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide oversight and consultation for clients with behavioral needs in New Jersey. Responsibilities include developing and supervising Behavior Support Plans, supporting staff, and ensuring compliance with state requirements. The role is flexible, with competitive compensation based on hours worked. Candidates must have active BCBA Certification and experience in developmental disabilities is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of Behavior Support Plans.
• Support staff in implementing Positive Behavior Supports.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Provide crisis prevention and behavioral consultation.
• Ensure compliance with NJ DDD Waiver requirements.
