Job summary

AFRICAN CAREGIVERS LLC is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral oversight and consultation for individuals in need of behavioral supports in New Jersey. The role involves supporting staff with Behavior Support Plans, providing crisis prevention, and ensuring compliance with waiver requirements. Candidates must have an active BCBA certification and preferably experience with developmental disabilities. Flexibility in schedule offered for this contract position.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• Experience with developmental disabilities and community-based supports preferred.
• Ability to provide documentation of credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
• Support staff implementing Positive Behavior Supports.
• Provide crisis prevention and behavioral consultation.

Skills

Familiarity with NJ DDD Behavioral Services standards
