Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead assessments, develop individualized plans, and supervise RBTs. You will analyze data to drive treatment decisions, train caregivers, and collaborate with families, schools, and professionals to ensure client progress.

The role requires strong clinical and organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for helping children and families in a supportive clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and current BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• A collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Treatment plan reviews.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
