Job summary

Majestic Care ABA in North Carolina is seeking dedicated BCBAs to provide high-quality ABA services to individuals with autism and their families. This hybrid role offers flexibility with client visits as needed and a compensation range of $120,000–$130,000 plus BCBA bonus opportunities.

The position supports clinical oversight, supervision of RBTs, home and school visits, and caregiver training, with manageable caseloads and a collaborative team that emphasizes ethical, evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification through the BACB.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Background checks completed or willing to complete.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and oversee ABA programs tailored to each client.
• Monitor progress with data collection and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide ongoing clinical oversight for treatment programs.
• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
• Review session documentation and provide timely feedback.
• Travel to client sites for home- and school-based visits.
• Provide caregiver training and partner with families to promote skill development.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other care team members.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per BACB and payer requirements.
• Uphold ethical and evidence-based care standards.
