Job summary

Clarvida seeks a Behavioral Consultant to provide in-community behavioral health support for youth ages 2–21 in Pennsylvania. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and craft ITPS with families and schools, including supervision responsibilities.

This part-time role requires licensure in PA, BCBA or equivalent credentials, and strong documentation skills to empower clients and collaborate with teams across care providers.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist and BCBA credentials.
• Graduate degree in ABA or psychology/education with relevant practicum or experience.
• Pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI clearances.
• Licensure to oversee ABA services (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LSW/PSY/CRNP or similar).

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned interventions prescribed by licensed professionals.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support progress.
• Provide clinical oversight and thorough documentation aligned with treatment goals.
