Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a part-time Behavioral Consultant to deliver in-community behavioral health support for youths aged 2–21 in Pennsylvania. The role includes leading assessments, identifying target behaviors, and creating ITPs with families and educators.

Direct care and supervision require strong clinical insight and documentation skills. The team emphasizes collaboration with families and schools to drive progress, with a pathway to licensure supervision and ongoing CEUs.

Qualifications

• Licensed in PA as a Behavior Specialist.
• BCBA certification or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
• Graduate degree in ABA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates in line with treatment goals.
