Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Analyst to conduct assessments and supervise ABA-based services for clients aged 2–21. The role focuses on developing and implementing Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) in collaboration with families and other providers.

The position requires BCBA certification, a graduate degree in ABA or related field, and active PA licensure. Part-time with benefits and compliance responsibilities noted.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in ABA or related field required.
• Active PA license in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• BCBA certification required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and behavioral observations.
• Identify target behaviors and develop measurable treatment goals.
• Develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs).
• Collaborate with families and service providers to support the ITP.
• Review preference assessments and reinforcement strategies.
• Implement ABA-based rehabilitative activities prescribed by a licensed professional.
• Provide direct care aligned with ABA best practices.
• Provide supervision and leadership as appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and complete required clearances.
