Job summary

Clarvida seeks a Behavioral Analyst to perform direct care and supervisory duties for clients aged 2–21 in Pennsylvania. You will conduct assessments, observe behaviors, and help develop individualized treatment plans (ITPs) aligned with ABA practices.

The role involves collaboration with families and multiple service providers, ensuring compliance with licensing, and maintaining clear documentation while advancing client outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Graduate degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Active PA license with ABA oversight capability is required.
• Licensed in PA to oversee ABA services within the scope stated.
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI clearances.
• Leadership/supervision experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and behavioral observations.
• Identify target behaviors and develop measurable treatment goals.
• Develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs).
• Collaborate with families, clients aged 2–21, and service providers.
• Review and update preference assessments and reinforcement strategies.
• Implement rehabilitative strategies per licensed professionals.
• Provide direct care services aligned with ABA best practices.
• Provide supervision and leadership as appropriate.
• Ensure documentation complies with regulatory and licensing requirements.
• Maintain PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI clearances.
