Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or closely related field.
• BCBA certification required from BACB.
• At least one year experience with children and families with autism and related disabilities; supervise BACB certificants and behavior technicians; conduct language acquisition assessments and functional behavior assessments; develop behavior support plans.
• Eligible to bill for ABA services in Michigan (insurance, Medicaid, school programs).
• Ability to work hands-on with clients and perform crisis intervention if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior analytic consultation and clinical services including assessments and programming.
• Oversee BACB certificants and trainees per BACB standards.
• Implement ABA services within BEAR Center programs and supervise staff.
• Contribute to research projects related to ABA service delivery.
