Responsibilities include assessing learners, supervising program implementation across various settings, and training staff and families. They participate in meetings, support staff development, and ensure adherence to BACB guidelines.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a related field (preferably in Applied Behavior Analysis), BCBA certification, Michigan licensure, and at least 2 years working with youth with autism. Experience supervising and training staff is required.
