Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and supervise behavior intervention plans for children with autism. The role includes assessments, progress monitoring, parent training, and direct therapy when needed.

You'll supervise staff, train families, participate in meetings, and ensure BACB guidelines compliance while advancing treatment strategies across settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field (ABA preferred).
• BCBA certification and Michigan licensure required.
• At least 2 years working with youth with autism.
• Experience supervising and training staff.
