Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Current Board Certification as a BCBA in Michigan required.
• Two to five years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or catastrophic injuries, including TBI, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments for persons served within the program.
• Develop, implement, and oversee behavior support plans.
• Provide training and guidance to management and direct care staff on behavior support plans.
