Job summary

Northern Lakes CMH Authority seeks a Behavioral Analyst in Traverse City to assess, develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral support plans for individuals with mental illness, IDD, and co-occurring disorders, using evidence-based interventions to improve functioning and quality of life.

The role requires BCBA credential, a master's degree in psychology or related field, and experience documenting plans, training staff, and coordinating across teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field required.
• BCBA licensure/certification in Michigan required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments including FBAs, record reviews and collateral interviews.
• Analyze ABC data to identify behavioral functions and contributing variables.
• Develop BSPs and BTPs aligned with standards and person-centered planning.
• Provide staff training on plan implementation, de-escalation, and skill-building.
• Monitor plans with data reviews, progress tracking and outcome measurement.
• Consult with case managers, clinicians, and providers on behavioral concerns.
