Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• Licensed/Certified BCBA in the State of Michigan.
• Experience with individuals with mental illness, IDD, or co-occurring disorders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments including FBAs.
• Develop individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) and Behavior Treatment Plans (BTPs).
• Monitor and update plans based on data trends and team input.
• Provide staff training on plan implementation and de-escalation strategies.
• Consult on high-risk cases and ensure documentation for audits.
