Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Matthews, NC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct assessments, develop BIPs, and supervise RBTs within a multidisciplinary team.

You will implement ABA interventions, collect data, educate families, and ensure ethical practice in daily clinical work, documenting in our EHR and collaborating with speech and OT staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Ability to review and interpret technical materials and communicate actions clearly.
• Strong documentation, data interpretation, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with ASD to evaluate behavior and needs.
• Develop individualized BIPs based on assessments and collaborate with teams.
• Design and implement ABA interventions tailored to client goals.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on progress.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate intervention effectiveness.
• Maintain records and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
• Educate and support parents/caregivers in ASD strategies.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Engage with community resources to enhance client outcomes.
• Ensure ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements are followed.
