Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university in accordance with BACB guidelines.
• BCaBA certification in good standing.
• Active state license in good standing where applicable.
• 1+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
• Supervision experience is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to in-homes and local clinics.

Responsibilities

• Create appropriate programming for clients based on evaluations and treatment plans.
• Maintain client supervision requirements per insurance and policy guidelines.
• Lead and mentor technicians on patient plan implementation and treatment quality.
• Collaborate with treatment staff to support case management and staff development.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain confidential client records and reports.
• Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments and design treatment programs.
• Prepare and participate in parent training and educational meetings (IEPs).
• Attend trainings and keep up with policy procedures.
