Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field is required.
• BCBA certification is preferred.
• LBA in MD is preferred.
• Experience with children with special communication needs.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in school or pediatric clinical settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and oversees ABA-based instruction and programs.
• Participates in IEP team to set behavioral goals.
• Performs FBAs and develops BIPs with IEP teams.
• Trains and supervises staff implementing behavior-analytic interventions.
• Onboards new 1:1/RBTs for caseload.
• Ensures HIPAA/FERPA compliance and confidentiality.
• Maintains communication with parents and caregivers.
