Job summary

Wenatchee School District seeks a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students ages 3–21 with IEPs and to work with school teams to design, implement, and monitor positive behavior interventions. Collaboration with administrators, teachers, and staff is essential to ensure effective ABA-based programming.

The role emphasizes fidelity in program delivery, data-driven decision making, and ongoing professional development to build district-wide BCBA services.

Qualifications

• Masters in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Developmental Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification required or obtainable within 12 months of hire.
• Experience analyzing, defining, measuring, and modifying behavior in youths 3–21.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Special Education Director, intervention teams and teachers to design programs.
• Provide professional development to staff on behavior analytic strategies.
• Ensure Behavior Intervention Plans are implemented with fidelity.
• Lead data collection, analysis, and reporting to monitor progress.
