Qualifications

• Eligible for or holding active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Meeting applicable Washington State professional practice requirements.
• Ability to supervise and mentor behavioral support staff.

Responsibilities

• Support students with high autism/ASD support needs across the district.
• Oversee and provide guidance to RBTs and CBTs.
• Collaborate with educational teams to develop behavior intervention strategies.
