Job summary

Wenatchee School District is seeking a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to collaborate with district and building teams to plan and deliver professional development in Applied Behavior Analysis. You will support staff in implementing positive behavior interventions and ensure BIPs are applied with fidelity.

The role requires leading teams, analyzing data, and guiding programs for students aged 3–21 in the least restrictive environment, with travel across the district as needed.

Qualifications

• Masters in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Developmental Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Must obtain BCBA certification within one year of hire.
• Experience analyzing, defining, measuring, assessing, and modifying behavior in children aged 3–21.
• Ability to lead teams through FBA and BIP processes for students with IEPs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; willing to travel district-wide.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with district teams to design and implement professional development.
• Provide training, guidelines, and support to staff on positive behavior interventions.
• Ensure Behavior Intervention Plans are implemented with fidelity.
• Design programs and transition procedures to support least restrictive environment access.
• Monitor and train staff on behavior principles as assigned.
