Oaks Integrated Care in Hammonton, NJ is seeking a Part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in our adult mental health residential programs in Camden County. The role requires data collection, Behavior Plan development, and staff training, with travel across NJ and the tri-state area as needed.

The ideal candidate will have BCBA certification, experience with MI/IDD adults, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifikationen

• BCBA required and licensed to practice in NJ.
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis with MI/IDD individuals.
• Valid Driver's License required; willingness to travel in NJ/tri-state area.

Aufgaben

• Observe consumers, collect data, and create graphs to measure progress or lack thereof.
• Create, write and monitor appropriate Behavior Plans for individuals.
• Conduct training in Behavior Management for new employees; train staff to implement each Behavior Plan.
• Review effectiveness of all plans on a weekly basis.
• Be familiar with Crisis Intervention and be available for emergency consultations.
• Attend Behavior Intervention Committee meetings and Quality Treatment Review meetings as needed.
• Attend treatment team meetings; travel throughout New Jersey and the tri-state area as needed.
• Be flexible to adjust schedule as needed based on program needs.
