Channel Behavioral Care, LLC (Channel ABA) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to join our Central Pennsylvania team across multiple counties. You will conduct FBAs, develop and oversee treatment plans, supervise RBTs/BHTs, train caregivers, and deliver services in diverse settings while maintaining audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board is required.
• Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) – Pennsylvania is required.
• Experience supervising RBTs or BHT staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA).
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs/BHTs in accordance with IBHS standards.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Deliver services across home, school, center, and community settings.
• Maintain timely, audit-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in IBHS-required meetings and care coordination.

Salary Range:$80,000 – $105,000 per year based on experience and billable hours

Channel ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to join our growing team across Central Pennsylvania.

What You’ll Do

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred

• Experience with functional analysis, PFA/SBT, or skills-based treatment

• Background in trauma-informed or assent-based care

• Experience in home, school, and/or clinic settings
