Job summary

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC in Northampton, PA is seeking BCBA professionals and Licensed Behavior Specialists to provide center-based services at Matrix Center.

Qualifications

• BACB Certification in good standing.
• Behavior Specialist License required.
• Master's degree in a mental health field with 1 year paid experience with children/adolescents.
• Master's Degree in Social Work with LSW in good standing.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
• 1 year of paid experience with children/adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), VB MAPP, AFLS and ABLLS-R assessments for center-based services.
• Develop treatment plans based on FBA findings using evidence-based practices.
• Provide clinical supervision of BHT or RBT workers performing duties as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Support parents, teachers, or community officials and provide clinical support to direct care staff.
• Coordinate communication with supporting agencies and document session notes, logs, plans and assessments.
• Complete and submit all required paperwork in a timely manner.

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is seeking BCBAs and Licensed Behavior Specialists to provide services at Matrix Center in Northampton, PA.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), VB MAPP, AFLS and ABLLS-R assessments for center-based services.
• Develop treatment plan based on the findings of the FBA using evidence-based practices.
• Provide clinical supervision of BHT or RBT workers performing the following duties:
• Implementation of individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Provide support to parents, teachers, or community officials.
• Provide clinical support to direct care staff.
• Establish coordination of communication with other supporting agencies.
• Exchange information clearly and concisely with the appropriate parties and concerns.
• Complete and submit all paperwork including documentation of session notes, encounter logs, treatment plans and assessments in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Skills

• BACB Certification in good standing.
• Behavior Specialist License is required.
• Master's Degree (MS or MA) in a mental health field and one (1) year documented paid experience working with children, adolescents or youth.
• Master's Degree in Social Work provided that the applicant has their LSW in good standing.
• Valid driver's license is required as well as willingness to travel as needed.
• One (1) year of paid experience working with children or adolescents (preferred).

Salary:

W2 employees $ 51- $60 per hour. Matrix covers 80% of your monthly health premium to make benefits more affordable. Up to 2-weeks paid time off at your main billable rate even for part-time positions. Performance bonuses.

Staff must have appropriate background checks, transcripts of their degree, and clearances to work in direct contact with children and adolescents (ACT 33, 34 and FBI clearances) and be able to participate in Medicaid and Medicare programs. Must also complete the NSOR (National Sex Offender Registry) Verification, as well as an active Mandated Reporting Certificate (Act 31).
