Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Massachusetts for a semi-remote, hybrid role with monthly or quarterly travel. The position offers an annual salary of $82,000 to $93,000 based on experience, plus a monthly bonus and extensive onboarding.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required by BACB
• Active LBA Certification in MA state preferred
• Experience with supervision and program development

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Behavior Technicians
• Develop and evaluate ABA programs and FBAs
• Provide parent education and problem solving for clients
• Maintain high fidelity in treatment plan implementation
