Job summary

Cortica in Danvers, MA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid remote role. You will oversee neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming and lead a team of behavior technicians to support children with developmental differences.

The position offers earning potential between $93,105 and $116,738 plus two bonuses, generous time off (22–26 days/year), a CEU stipend, license reimbursement, 401(k) matching and comprehensive health coverage including pet insurance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or related field.
• Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for ABA treatment.
