Job summary

Family of Kidz on Eastern Long Island, NY seeks a Behavior Consultant/BCBA for part-time (FFS) or full-time roles. Compensation: $40-$75/hour FFS or $58,500-$75,000 annually. Travel between districts to support students and families in school settings.

The role involves conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, data-driven decisions, coaching staff, and collaborating on IEPs and CSEs within district teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA Certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children and families.
• NYS Driver’s License with proof of insurance.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized behavioral supports with schools and families.
• Conduct FBAs and collaborate with teams to identify behavior functions.
• Design and monitor BIPs aligned with student goals.
• Analyze data to guide interventions and progress.
• Provide coaching and feedback to classroom staff.
