Qualifications

• Masters Degree required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with current license.
• Experience working with students clinically diagnosed with behavior disorders.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and develops behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with ASD, ID and EBD.
• Participates in the development of individualized education plans (IEP) and confers with and/or trains staff, administrators, parents and others on a weekly basis.
• Provides continuous progress monitoring (data analysis) related to BIPs and other evidence-based practices for students with ASD, ID and EBD.
