This full-time BCBA offers a lucrative salary range of $95k–$120k, a sign-on up to $20k, relocation up to $15k, and student loan forgiveness up to $24k, plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date (if required).
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
