Job summary

You will design, implement, and supervise skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs, oversee RBTs, and conduct assessments to guide interventions, with student loan forgiveness up to $24,000 available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Ability to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
