Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA to lead and supervise ABA services for clients with behavioral challenges. You will design and oversee individualized treatment plans, mentor RBTs and staff, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, site supervision, and coordination across home, school, and community settings to maximize clients’ quality of life and progress toward goals.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Licensure/credentialing requirements per state.
• Experience designing and overseeing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train team members and RBTs.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
