Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team delivering high-quality ABA services to clients in home, school, or community settings.

You will design and supervise behavior intervention plans, mentor RBTs and staff, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful, lasting change while ensuring ethical practice and data-driven progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree in ABA or psychology.
• Experience developing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and engage with clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data and adjust treatment plans for client and family success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and PBS policies.
