Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. PBS, a BCBA-owned organization, seeks a compassionate BCBA or BCaBA to join our team in Illinois. You will design and supervise ABA services, support families, and mentor staff across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to client locations and supervise staff.
• Ability to engage clients and adapt to diverse settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data and adjust treatment plans to improve outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
