Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA or BCaBA to join our team in Illinois. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise Behavior Assistants and RBTs, and ensure high-quality ABA services across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff and collaborate with families.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans for client and family.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
