Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) in Illinois seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team dedicated to ethical, person-centered ABA services.

You will design and supervise behavior intervention plans, mentor RBTs and staff, and collaborate with families to improve quality of life for individuals with autism. Flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing.
• Related degree and licensure requirements per state.
• Experience designing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff and RBTs.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of BACB ethical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to staff, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data and adjust plans to improve outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to BACB and PBS ethical guidelines.
