Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our team. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise RBTs and analysts, and ensure high-quality ABA services in families' homes, schools, and communities.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB in good standing.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work in homes, schools, and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings focusing on behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans; ensure BACB ethical compliance.
