Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee ABA programs, supervise team members, and ensure high-quality services. You will work closely with families to implement plans in home, school, or community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification and related degree.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations and reliable transportation.
• Capability to engage with clients physically (sit on floor, lift up to 50 lbs).
• Commitment to PBS principles to improve quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies.
