Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking a BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team delivering high-quality ABA services. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with families and schools to support meaningful progress.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, client-centered care, and work-life balance for BCBAs, with opportunities for mentorship, professional growth, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel to client locations

Responsibilities

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
• Providing supervision and training to team members and stakeholders
• Implementing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and PBS policies
