Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services for clients in diverse settings.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, collaboration with families, and ongoing staff mentorship to promote impactful outcomes while balancing work-life quality.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA/BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Related degree required; licensure requirements per state.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members (BCBAs, RBTs, students).
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure ethical guidelines and PBS policies are followed.
