Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is a BCBA-owned organization seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and supervise ABA programs, mentor staff, and ensure ethical, client-centered care. You will lead assessments, develop plans, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• Licensure, credentialing and certification as required by local/state regulations.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data and adjust treatment plans to ensure client and family success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
